💙15 Weeks gestational age and up 🩷30 Minutes of scan time 💙We will listen and see your baby’s Heart Beat, check and double check the gender of the baby as well as the position of the baby & get any good pictures that we can! 🩷This ultrasound will be in 2D with a 3D,4D/HD LIVE Peek 💙Results can be kept a secret and concealed in an envelope, or we can reveal the baby’s gender during the ultrasound. 🩷You will receive 5+ Printed pictures in black/white 💙If for any reason we are unable to get any photos that you are happy with I will always welcome my clients to come back in for a free rescan ! 🩷All pictures and a video of the entire session will be uploaded onto an app that is easily downloadable making the pictures/video easily accessible and able to be saved and shared with family and friends! 💙******Extra time at the end of the appointment is scheduled in case you want to take pictures in front of our many 'photo opp' walls to show off your ultrasound photos/ take pictures to post/reveal the gender of your baby on social media! We have multiple props you can use for this as well saying 'It's a Girl' 'It's a Boy' 'Big Brother' and 'Big Sister' We also sell many gender reveal items such as 💙gender reveal extinguishers (huge amount of colored smoke/powder that comes out of an extinguisher which reveals gender depending on color that is purchased) 🩷Confetti cannons (18”) 💙Powder cannons (18”) 🩷36” black balloon and large plastic stick which holds it high into the air (the balloon says “Boy or Girl?”) with colored confetti inside when popped.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy By booking an appointment with Baby's Grand Debut, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Required Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. 2. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Contact us directly via call or text [651-428-8044] to reschedule or cancel Email: Cindy@babysgranddebut.com Please note: Cancellations via social media or other methods may not be received in time and are not considered valid notification. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, any booking deposit paid will be fully refunded. Alternatively, you may choose to apply your deposit to a rescheduled appointment time without penalty. 3. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. 4. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification via call/text or email will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. 5. Rescheduling: Timely Rescheduling (More than 24 hours] notice): You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if you provide more than 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be applied to the new appointment time. Late Rescheduling (Less than 24 hours notice): Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a late cancellation. This will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment time. 6. Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can happen. Please call/text us at 651-428-8044 if you anticipate being late. arriving more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment may result in a shortened session time. Arriving more than 15 minutes without prior notification may be treated as a no-show at our discretion, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit. 7. Studio Cancellations: In the rare event that Baby's Grand Debut needs to cancel your appointment we will notify you as soon as possible, and offer you first choice of appointments, or a full refund. By booking an appointment with Baby's Grand Debut, you are agreeing this policy.
