Service Description
15 Weeks gestational age and up We will perform a Gender Confirmation scan in 2D and take a peek at baby in 3D,4D/HD LIVE as well You will receive 5 Printed Pictures in black and white as well as 2 in color Up to 30 minutes of scan time. The appointment will be 1.5 hours max. We are able to accommodate up to 14 people for this party in which we will provide beverages and snacks for everybody. Each person will choose whether they are 'team Girl' or 'team Boy' and put their sticker on showing their team! The people with the correct gender win a prize at the end of the party! All pictures and a video of the entire session will be uploaded onto an app that is easily downloadable making the pictures/video easily accessible and able to be saved and shared with family and friends! We will take and print a photo of your entire party in front of the projector’s big screen showing the baby’s gender reveal photo in the background
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy By booking an appointment with Baby's Grand Debut, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Required Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. 2. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Contact us directly via call or text [651-428-8044] to reschedule or cancel Email: Cindy@babysgranddebut.com Please note: Cancellations via social media or other methods may not be received in time and are not considered valid notification. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, any booking deposit paid will be fully refunded. Alternatively, you may choose to apply your deposit to a rescheduled appointment time without penalty. 3. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. 4. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification via call/text or email will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. 5. Rescheduling: Timely Rescheduling (More than 24 hours] notice): You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if you provide more than 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be applied to the new appointment time. Late Rescheduling (Less than 24 hours notice): Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a late cancellation. This will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment time. 6. Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can happen. Please call/text us at 651-428-8044 if you anticipate being late. arriving more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment may result in a shortened session time. Arriving more than 15 minutes without prior notification may be treated as a no-show at our discretion, resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit. 7. Studio Cancellations: In the rare event that Baby's Grand Debut needs to cancel your appointment we will notify you as soon as possible, and offer you first choice of appointments, or a full refund. By booking an appointment with Baby's Grand Debut, you are agreeing this policy.
